Acquisition: We provide assistance for any portion of an acquisition or we can orchestrate the entire acquisition process.

 

Negotiation with property owners: We are professionally trained in communication and have highly tuned negotiation skills. We have extensive experience in negotiating easements, rights-of-way, and land acquisitions. We manage the process until the documents are signed and ready for recording.

 

Obtaining right of entry agreements: We approach owners and convey the need to obtain a right of entry to keep projects on time and address unforeseen obstacles that could delay projects.
